A SUPER JAZZED byproduct of 10 years of private and public sector experience in human resources management, and a firm believer in continuous personal improvement, Marcelle's creative and innovative style and her firm will to go the distance "No Matter What" has taken her many places.

Following her deep-felt sense of purpose, Marcelle got involved in worthy causes whenever she could. During the better part of her teens, she completed the necessary leader training and went on to teach swimming and water safety as well as worked as a lifeguard. Another cause dear to her heart is her active leadership with the "Youth Mandate for Greater Involvement" (YMAGIN) public sector initiative.

By the mid-nineties, Marcelle graduated with a Bachelor of Commerce and began to pursue a career in Human Resources Management. While in the private sector, she worked in the program delivery and marketing of a national training curriculum for people who wanted to run their own international businesses. In the public sector, she coordinated a variety of human resources programs such as student orientation, staff appreciation, and performance management.

In addition, in the late nineties she completed Sylva Bergeron three-phase self-actualization seminars. Marcelle inspired participants to break through their barriers and reach their full potential by sharing her life experience and inspiration via presentations that much resemble the Toastmasters' format.

In December 2000, opportunity came knocking!  Marcelle launched her own business in the health and wellness education industry. Due to her usual commitment and dedication, she has worked fervently to spread the word about new non-invasive alternative and preventative health technologies. This has afforded her the privilege to meet many wonderful people along the way.

As demonstrated time and again, "It's a small world"! In February 2001, Bob Proctor delivered an inspirational address at a local health and wellness expo, and this really energized Marcelle! Thus the seed was planted.  Marcelle absolutely wanted to emulate what she saw and heard, and secretly promised herself: "One day, I'm going to be up there!"

In February 2002, the culmination of her learning and experience brought her to complete her training with LifeSuccess Productions. Marcelle became a licensed certified facilitator, and she has been delivering Bob Proctor's Goal Achiever and Principles of Prosperity seminars ever since!
